Where do you get your coffee?

We source the best beans from the best coffee roasters in South Africa. All of our partners have a huge and loyal following already. We like to continue that support beyond the cafe's to your home of office.

When will I receive my first delivery?

Your first delivery will ship within 5 business days. All future deliveries will ship regularly based on the interval you select. You’ll receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.

Can I cancel my coffee plan?

Yes, you can cancel your coffee plan at any time by logging in to your dashboard. After you cancel, we'll send you any deliveries that you already paid for, and we'll never bill you again.

Can I put my coffee plan on hold?

Yes - you can change your delivery schedule any time by logging into your dashboard and updating your delivery schedule.

How fresh will my coffee be?

Very fresh.  We deliver your coffee specifically for you to ensure your deliveries are as fresh as possible. On average, you will receive your coffee at your doorstep within about 7-10 days after we roast.

Can you grind my beans for me?

We always recommend that you buy whole bean coffee. Your coffee will be much fresher and taste much better if you grind it at home. However, if you're not ready to grind your own beans quite yet, then we are happy to freshly grind your coffee for you. You can select a grind during the checkout process.

What is a TopMeUp?

The TopMeUp option is for subscribers that have finished their coffee after receiving their current month. Bean Box Club will send you a free bag of whatever your subscription is, so you can enjoy coffee until your next delivery. This is only valid for active subscribers and can also be arranged via email to our support team or contacting us on any of our social channels.

Can I change my plan after I sign up?

Of course! You can change any of your settings in your account at any time. Our goal is to help you find your new regular coffee. We encourage you to make changes to get there!

What if I am getting too much/too little coffee?

We work hard to make sure you’re stocked with just the right amount of fresh-roasted coffee. We give you the control to change your delivery cycle by as little as one-day increments, so we can be sure to get it just right. You can adjust this easily from your dashboard.
